Rise Of The Rune Lords
List of Sandpoint's NPCs
Town Mayor Kendra Deverin:
Female Human, Lawmaker, middle aged, short, thin, brown hair, borwn eyes, fair complection, sharp mind. Judge, and general peacemaker she has proven to be both an adept diplomat and stern hand when she needs to be. With a somewhat sisterly style of governing, Kendra holds the abiding respect of most of Sandpoint’s people, charming them with her fiery temper and tenacity for justice. A council of several of the town’s most respected and affluent landowners aids her in her work. Has a no-nonsense attitude and that she assures the council decisions are working toward the common good.
Sheriff Belor Hemlock:
A “gruff but protective town sheriff”, Male Human, stern faced, bland personality, bald. He keeps watch over Sandpoint’s people. Held as something of a local hero, Hemlock is lauded with being the man who brought the serial killer, Chopper, to justice. Although rarely faced with misconduct more severe than vandalism and public drunkenness, the sheriff is both a keen wit and skilled swordsman, and openly proves both when the rare crime requires it. Hemlock knows the difference between the word of the law and its intent, and often gives those under his protection the benefit of the doubt.
Grandiloquent actor, gadabout, and proprietor of the Sandpoint Theater.
Elf and ex-adventurer and proprietor of the Rusty Dragon Inn, rebellious daughter to noblewoman Lonjiku Kaijitsu.

Shayliss’ older sister, and quite the loose woman, apparently she has been “shacking up” with one of the men who works at the lumber mill, and her over protective father is up in arms about it.
A traveling noble, ex-adventurer, male, human, long face, brown hair, grey eyes, is extremely thankful of his rescue from the goblin commando, rewards the adventurers responsible with 50 gold and a guide to a boar hunt several days later, on the trip he seems to be extremely inquisitive and persistant about learning about his saviors, he is extremely charming conversationalist, well-read and with a seemingly endless cache of stories about the high life in Magnimar.
Owner of Sandpoint’s best-stocked general store. A big dude, beard (not as great as Vashya’s),
Sandpoint’s mild-mannered local priest.
